My Story!

In my mid-50s, I was a very unhealthy 300 pounds and suffering from Type-2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and I was told by my doctor that unless I made big changes to my lifestyle and health-maintenance habits, I would not see my granddaughters grow from little kids to young women.I completely changed my lifestyle, adopting the Mediterranean Diet and learning fitness by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. After a complete change of behavior and nearly a year, I weighed 175 pounds and couldn’t believe how I felt; the best of my life!
